I've supported major clients and exceeded my KPIs. However, I often feel that my hard work goes unrecognized, contributing to a sense of undervaluation. The client will always be the priority ahead of the worker. They are willing to lose a dependable recruiter to keep a client happy. The emphasis on strict client procedures can lead to long hours, especially across different time zones, which makes it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance, especially with a family. While there are valuable learning experiences here, the company could benefit from recognizing employee contributions more effectively and allowing employees to work regular 9-5 hours instead of around-the-clock like a sweat shop.
