      LetterStream cares so much about people, plain and simple. The core values reflect excellence and the culture supports and encourages growth. The owner is an advocate for all employees and customers, and is extremely approachable and kind. The values of LetterStream are a great representation of his heart.

      No place is perfect, but this is as close as it gets (which is why I've convinced them to keep me employed for so long :D )

      Easy work, flexibly hours, free snacks

      In my experience, management did not treat employees of color equitably. When I raised concerns in good faith, I felt there was retaliation from leadership. I also experienced situations where I believed leads and supervisors set me up for failure. The small team environment often included significant gossip, which affected morale.
