You get what you put out, if you come to work and only spend 1.5 hours on the phone and skate by you at most will earn around $40,000. If you put your nose to the grind stone and work your butt off, you will get rewarded. Myself, I was making around 80k. You truly get what you put out for the year. The culture here is top notch, great group of people and very relaxed management.

the commission structure is not conducive for long term high paying pay checks. If you work hard you will get paid greatly for that year, however, the following year you will be greatly penalized for it. This is not a job for long term high pay. realistically your average will be around 50K. Letco is not built for long term sales career but it is a great stepping stone for future sales positions.
