My time with this company was rough, mostly because the CEO acted like he lived in his own world while the rest of us dealt with the fallout. The place was full of disrespectful attitudes, and it didn’t take long to see how abusive the management style could get whenever someone tried to speak up. Pay was way too low for the amount of pressure they piled on, and any conversation about compensation was treated like you were asking for something outrageous. There was no real HR support, so problems just floated around with no one taking responsibility. The culture turned sour fast, with certain groups shutting others out and making collaboration feel impossible. This job is definitely not for most people including myself.

Pros

Company is trying hard to make it a great place for employees to work! Just moved into newly renovated office digs with cool new graffiti, gym + fitness classes, and a meditation room! Amazing team.

Commute can be a beast.

Pros

There's always free snacks, free products available in the pantry. You'll enjoy it if you like snacking and if you even have the time for a snack because honestly, most of us don't! I liked their organic popcorn though. The garlic parmesan and fiery hot flavors, also the Himalayan pink salt because they're pink!

My day always starts with someone getting in a complaint, whether it's the constant overtime, unpaid overtime work, or manager abuse! Whatever it might be, this is how my day would always be like. Never ending complaints and this is very stressful!! It's not easy to deal with these people and it doesn't get easier with management either! I pity the worker who experience the abuse but there's only so much I can do! I don't have the power to make decisions, adjustments, and to grant whatever it is they're asking. All I can do is take their grievances up to management and hope they respond and act on it and not ignore it!
