No work-life balance, out-of-scope work, no compensation on time, no overtime, no seniors to guide, no respect for time, opinion or work. Director overcommits, underperforms- resulting in Scope Creep. Management follows Cargo Cult mentality. Illusory Superiority/Dunning-Kruger effect in HR Team. No Vision, No Mission, No Achievement.

Friendly and supportive work environment. Great learning opportunities, real project exposure, and excellent guidance from mentors and team members.
