I like that I'm able to have fun when I'm at work.. It's nice that they provide on the job training for those with no optical experience.
Kontras
There's not a whole lot of room for growth. It was also very upsetting when the commission structure was changed. Over the years, it's been on a downhill trend. Every time requirements change, we are given less and less.
