Lab manager - Licensed Lab Manager bei LensCrafters: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The lab equipment is so outdated something breaks every 3 months! Then it up to you to fix the crap or they will send you a refurbished piece of crap that something else it wrong with and its only a matter of time until it breaks. Everyone is mad at you as the lab manager because the machines they send are crap and the customers constantly yell at them so they yell at you. Your never get anything "new" it's all over 30 yrs old!!! Not impressed. For a multi billion dollar company we should be given state of the art equipment and equipment techs to fix it!!! It's crazy.
