Pros
You get discounts on eye exams (if the store offers them) and discounts on eyewear. Even though it is a sales job it’s not competitive and they don’t push to much to make huge sales.

It can be a very boring job. I was “part-time” due to hiring issues but worked over 40 hours weeks due to staffing issues but since I was labeled as part time I didn’t qualify for benefits which sucked.
