Not worth it - Sales Associate bei LensCrafters: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No cleaning crew. Nothing ever gets fixed. Poor training. Not enough employees to handle all the customers. No accountability with the labs and they screw up constantly. No way to contact the labs. Not enough information provided from the labs. No merchandising team to request more and/or various styles. The lowest health insurance provided. Pay is horrible. HQ provides excessive goals so they don't have to pay out small spiffs.
