Toxic upper management that only cares about results. You can work hard all year, achieving all of your results. But as soon as you have a bad week or month. They are belittling you in emails with all of your peers to see. There is not enough doctor coverage for most stores. So if you’re store does not have a doctor scheduled, it becomes impossible to make you’re sales plan for the day.
