After Dave Brown left the company went to crap. The environment shifted completely. It became a soap opera. People who had no business being in charge were promoted. The front line associates who made the company what it was were treated like crap. You seriously became a number. Year after year prices were increased and our customers went elsewhere. I watched the volume dramatically decrease over a three year span. I knew it was bad when my children needed glasses and I took them to wal-mart. I seriously couldnt afford to shop in my own store.
