-Management kept changing. Up until someone who was way under qualified for the position took over, and wasn't a team player. She spent too much time in her office, or out on lunch (she was buddy buddy with some higher up, I was told). I spoke my mind, and she clearly had it out for me. After I took some days off, that SHE approved, she ignored my emails and text messages, when I asked when I would be scheduled.
