Extremely disappointing overall - Apprentice Optician bei LensCrafters: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is a disaster, extremely disorganized. We were told we would have our schedules three weeks in advance but then didn’t get the week’s schedule until the Sunday night before. In the same conversation that I was praised for work ethic and making sales goals, I was told that my hours were being cut. All they care about it how much they can get out of you for as little on their part as possible - to the detriment of the customer experience. Anything for a dollar. Management made a very hostile environment so I left.
