Recently went to the (paid) onesight summit. I feel like the company really cares about helping people see better but unfortunately like everything the best is the most expensive so people think the employee is after the commission...and some employees are, unfortunately...but u will still be getting the best. The equiptment used is the best, from what patients tell me. And theres mostly always a sale or promotion to help with the sale.

Some employees give us a bad name since there is the retail portion of the job and sales goals to meet I feel some employees forget we are here to help them make peoples lives better.
