Great Team but Company leaves a bit to be desired - Lead Lab Technician bei LensCrafters: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Like any retail company, team environment differs by location. I was lucky to get the spot I have now. Also the company it self is pretty temperamental about hours and operations. At least twice a year they come out with a new "Plan of action" that all associates have to follow. This gets confusing and frustrating for some members. Also, the company is CONSTANTLY pushing us to cut hours. I don't think I've had a full 40 hours in a few months. My average work week is 32 hours.
