Many people have been with the company for a long time which says something for itself. For the most part it is enjoyable to come to work. The company is really working to be successful in an unsuccessful economy and have come up with some great ideas to help motivate employees. Benefits are great including numerous holidays and alot of paid time off. Moving up is easy but you have to be very self motivated.
