Flexible, fun environment, easy to train, great resources, gOod discounts, free pair of glasses every year, easy to transfer, volunteer opportunities.

Extremely difficult to get full time hours, pay isn't the greatest, main focus is on sales rather than customer needs, corporate cuts pay and hours from employees to increase profits
