When you have full time great pto benefits, free pair every year you work with a free second pair of glasses every fifth year, good employee sales and you're making a difference in your community getting people to see.

If you do not like changes, do not apply. They are constantly trying new things and commission is abysmal. That does make it so your co-workers don't act like sharks though so it's not an aggressive workplace at least.
