Training is thorough and management was fair. Schedules were flexible also if needed. Staff was diversified among sales and techs but not higher level associates.
Kontras
Company is more concerned with filling sales goals than customer service. Pay rate is low even for licensed opticians. Managers were moved in from other fields with less experience than current associates. I felt it was more about who you know than how well you perform when it came to advancement.
