Pros
They will give you nice work shirts and a flip phone from 1999 and when you are admittedly over loaded sometimes your department head will help you after they right you up because you could handle everything that was thrown on you. I think it's a wonderful place to nearly loose your mind.
Kontras
Upper management could not possibly be allowed to truly have any integrity or real character they must become callus and lie at the drop of a hat. They build a very cheaply made product and expect you to just keep your mouth shut. If you know a thing or two about quality in construction you will ultimately be very frustrated with what you have to pass on to the customer.
