Too many to mention. This is a startup that is so money hungry that they treat you with disrespect. They give you a goal, then change it every 2 months, reducing your comission and increasing expected calls. So many in the Sales dept are discouraged by the blatant favoritism. Sales numbers are unrealistic They feed their 5 or 6 favorite Sales people and then compare everyone else to their numbers. This is a hostile work environment. Many I know are looking for other employment due to favoritism, terrible office culture, insensitive management and complete disregard for fair play and right treatment of people.
