Immediately rescinded the office bonus stipend. They hire people, then with very little warning or coaching…quickly request that they resign! This company uses up talent… they mostly hire talent from the large legacy carriers and keep you around just long enough to suck everything out of you… knowledge, inside info, work, morale then ask you to resign.
