Pattern of issues -Workload is often very hard to manage due to high incidence of fraud and customer harassment. You are not given adequate training or support. -Not a transparent culture. Retaliation if you don't drink the koolaid or you voice concerns -Questionable and inconsistent practices in CLX -Seems like a great culture on its surface, but behind the facade, it's not Employees in CLX are extremely burnt out and afraid to speak out because of fear of retaliation or firing.
