This company has no proper system everything is disorganized, and there's no medical insurance. The worst part is the HR department; they have no clue what they're doing. They make employees sign documents without explanation or even listening to them. Anyone can become a manager without experience, which leads to poor leadership. The work environment is extremely toxic employees constantly backstab each other and create problems instead of working as a team. There’s no professionalism, just a culture of harm and manipulation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and respectful workplace.
