Pros
The pros of working here are that I feel came in with minimal knowledge. The team in the helpdesk have definitely helped increase overall knowledge base when it comes to troubleshooting and advancing to a tier two position. As for the management team, everybody seems to be relatively nice. It’s a laid-back atmosphere, and not corporate, which is definitely a change for me.
Kontras
The only Connor I have found is that I definitely want to set up for a retirement structure as I am not getting any younger. And so definitely would like to see 401(k) implemented.
