Piece rate pay is a joke, expected to do additional work for free, have to do extra work on your day off, no work/life balance, the training was was very poor, expect employees to pay back "training costs" if they leave in the first year even though the training was very poor. The amount we were told we could expect to earn doing this job was at minimum 50-60K a year only to find out it is more likely 30-40K a year. They sold us on the job with a song and a dance and we fell for it. I recommend if you are thinking of taking this job.....don't.
