Not a con necessarily (depends on what you are looking for from a job), but you will be expected to work really hard. But the work is fun, so I certainly have no complaints.
You get to work with and learn from some seriously talented team members. Flexible working hours. Knowing that your work is helping underprivileged kids around the world as opposed to just being a job from which you earn a paycheck.
