Lack of transparency, crass redundancies done for cost savings, and an unsustainable, short term sales focus with under resourced back end operations. While leadership has a clear vision, middle management lack accountability and are unable to make useful change. Board more interested in quick profits than good business. Stuck in the habit of 'how things used to be done' making it hard for new comers. Generally low moral and motivation.

Great working culture. Good pay. Passionate people. This is a fantastic place to solidify your skills and perfect your craft.

A little slow to change and tough to grow professionally as there is little promotional activity within the company due to its size.
