-management is slow to release information -things change last minute all the time -communication is very slow -you don’t stay with a host family in Croatia -honestly seems like anyone is accepted so weird people are attracted to it -when there’s issues during programming, management is slow to do anything about it if they do anything at all -you have to fundraise -not very proactive about problems
