For any teacher/school psychologist that has been employed in a public school, DCS can be a breath of fresh air. Case load management, 2 paraprofessionals in each room, support, resources, and communication! If you come in open minded with a willingness to admit you don't know it all and learn the program amazing things can happen. For both you and the kids you teach.

DCS like any work place isn't perfect. However, you get the feeling they care about growing and making changes to continue improving the company. And the kiddo are definitely the first priority!
