I worked at Le Col and was shocked by the extreme incompetence of the CEO and senior management. The CEO displays psychopathic tendencies, prioritizing personal glory over team success, which created a toxic work environment. Decisions are made based on ego rather than strategy, leaving employees frustrated and demoralized. There’s a severe lack of accountability, and the culture promotes fear instead of collaboration.
