The staff you work with are amazing. if you are a performer or theatre based person its a great way to meet like-minded people but you could get this from any theatre job.
Kontras
Contracts - Constantly not hitting your working hours as you get sent home early all of the time. Schedule - They constantly change the show schedule with no warning and then blame you for not being available. Progression - Do not work here if you expect to process to a backstage role. It won't happen. They don't like FOH moving around.
