1- HR should give a good hike to new experienced candidate
2- increment policy should be improved
3- Management side good but inside the labs AGM, DGM,SRS level people not good. Doing cheap politics for save their seat.
4- Company giving Saturday Sunday off but Team leader always call every Saturday Sunday to come to office.(FARD department). HR should take action on this.
