-Quality of interpretations will start to drop after about 15 to 20 minutes, and the average call was probably around 35 minutes (though calls would frequently last 60 minutes or more)
- Because they actually operate several different interpretation companies that accept calls from around the world, I regularly received over 20 calls over an 8 hour shift, and they cover a wide range of topics. Company needs to reconsider employee to customer ration.
- Callers would very often get angry because they don't understand the American way of doing things, and say things they would never say if they could see the other person's face. Mentally draining, and you only get paid $15 an hour.
