Though it was difficult to hear, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am sorry that your experience at LanguageLine Solutions has not matched our intention of being the best place you have ever worked. Regarding your specific complaint that your company-provided laptop isn't working properly, please know that we offer the interpreter help desk as a resource to our interpreters for troubleshooting your specific issues - including technical challenges that impact your ability to receive calls.
