-management too micromanage -its a startup so they have so many flaws -anyone do mistake, its also your mistake. Sometimes they quilt tripping -The orders and workflow are keep changing depends on management -if you working extrahours, they will not pay ot. They even not paying the employees that working on the public holiday :)
