Pros
Landscape Development provides an opportunity to be a part of a team-- a TRUE part of a team. There is a wonderful story about why geese fly in a "V" formation. Because as each bird flaps it's wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in a "V", the whole flock adds at least 71% greater flying range that if each bird flew alone. This is an example of what working at Landscape Development is all about. It is a place where an individual can soar, yet always know that his or her TEAM will be there for additional support.
Kontras
If I had to pick a con, and this is really a stretch, but if I had to pick something, I would say in all honesty you must be able to keep up with the pace of the business as it is very quick. An individual has to be able to be to think fast and solve the issues at hand and yet still be able to manage their time well. That said, an intelligent, qualified and competent person should have no problem being able to keep up with the workload and maintain harmony with their customer base and supporting staff.
