Pay and benefits are competitive. Lancer moved into a new facility that is very nice, has a tremendous amount of room for growth if they are ever bought.

Annual lay-offs, lots of office drama, For such a small company there are cliques and morale is greatly impacted by the President struggling to keep stories straight. President likes to tell people he cant spend enough of the family's money (shareholders).
