The work load was manageable.

Most of the people there were unfriendly. Kind of a 'Good ol' boy' atmosphere. Employees grouped into teams and this caused competition against other teams instead of staff working together. Waaaaaaaaay too much favoritism: I was given a mediocre pay increase when other employees who did much less (and surfed the internet and made excessive amount of personal phone calls) got a better pay increase. Promotions are very unfair. One employee "leap-frogged" over everyone else to a better position because this person was the boss's favorite. People are promoted regardless of their knowledge and/or experience.
