Great benefits, good culture, it's a place that truly cares about employees and developments

Tenured employees are coddled and allowed to be disrespectful towards others

Culture of a once-great company is not completely destroyed. There are still a few employees who make an effort to improve morale and are willing to help others.

The company is nowhere near what it used to be. Employees are dropping like flies (especially in sales), and one can't help but feel like this is a sinking ship. There is a lot more infighting than there used to be, as everyone seems to be rushing to blame someone else for poor sales numbers over the last few years. I am sad to be looking for a new job after many good years at Labelmaster.
