Great peers, flexibility in work time/hours, PTO is generous

Moving a lot of operations to India, training is horrible, some teams promote a bully culture, some Sr staff won't work congenially with new staff, not all departments are held accountable for delayed deliverables and it's an environment where many departments don't deliver on time and you'll be the one held accountable and explaining to the customer. High turnover in Progect Management, high workload, almost no work/life balance.
