Labatt offers a competitive pay plan and cheap health insurance. They do a great job of surrounding you with the resources needed to succeed in this industry. Labatt has plenty of bright people working for this organization and supporting sales. If you cannot work independently and learn on the fly this isn’t the job for you. There are plenty of experienced reps to learn from and they are always willing to help you. Your success with the company is completely up to you.
