My experience with Lablow Company has been disappointing and left me with mixed feelings. One significant issue I noticed is their hiring practices, as it appears they prioritize hiring people who are related to them or are their friends, which leads to a lack of diversity and fairness in their workforce. Another concerning aspect is the alleged racism within the company. It seemed that employees from India were mostly accepted, while others might face biases or unequal treatment. I worked hardly even during weekends! This is completely unacceptable in today's diverse world, and it casts a shadow on the company's integrity. Furthermore, I found the behavior of the company's leader to be disturbing. There were instances where they displayed unprofessional conduct, such as using offensive gestures like the middle finger, which creates an unhealthy and hostile work environment. Another disheartening aspect was the excessive gossiping that occurred within the company. This can negatively impact team dynamics and overall productivity.
