Pay is very low to industry standards. Operated by Private Equity, situation is cutthroat, cheap and cautious. We've had 3 CEOs in past 5 years, replaced almost entire C-suite in past 18 months. Your bonus plan is based only on company EBITDA goals. We did not make target, so salary employees got absolutely NO bonus payout FY2025. There is nothing for personal contribution, despite the year of work.
