Benefits, good experience navigating corporate red tape and up hill battles build character…if you’ve got the patience for it.
Kontras
Lacks diversity at the leadership level, and gets worse the higher up you go, pay inequities are flat out ignored, not enough investment in strengthening core foundation and fixing well known gaps in order to adequately address risk and prepare for aggressive growth plans. Disaster waiting to happen.
