Nepotism and incompetence at the middle management level. Harassment, racism, micromanagement, bully culture. Stifles growth and learning. Culture of blame, especially from middle management side. Instead of trying to find real solutions, the easiest person to blame, or extreme "solutions", that are nothing but half cocked knee-jerk reactions are implemented instead. Managent Believing work ethic is the solution to every problem, when in reality pro-active thought and planning is the key to success.
