No cons that I found. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great work-life balance with flexibility of work schedule, good compensation and benefits, great working environment, friendly employees and caring managers/directors, and numerous exciting projects.

Not very many. In fact, the working environment is too nice that sometimes some employees may have managed to misuse it.
