Great pay. Stable case load and then some. Company car (employee paid $75 per pay period). Home care home base documentation. Schedule flexible at times (when census is low)
Kontras
Less than par insurance. Extremely rural/dangerous area. too large of a service area (7 counties). Not enough staff for census. No prn staff to help when need off. Poor management on several levels. This company or I should say branch is all about numbers not patient care and needs. No incentives or bonuses no matter how good you do. Have to wear same color uniform daily.
