Unprofessional 'management' - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei LE LABO: Mitarbeiterbewertung

When interviewer is late to the interview and doesn't bat an eye nor offers an apology, asks the most cliche questions 'where do you see yourself in 5 years', 'give me one of your strong and one weak points' etc, when they don't actually ask about your education, skills or employment- you know the company is run terribly and it is absolutely not worth it. Run away from it!
