Even though LACE is a smaller - and a relatively young - company, they provide an excellent opportunity to work with leading, global organisations across a range of industries. The drive throughout the organisation is to create and maintain lasting relationships - which provides all (from junior staff right up to the top) a chance to get to really know clients and deliver excellent work that is of actual value to them. Also, because LACE is a young company - staff have the opportunity to build and shape the offerings presented to their clients, are empowered to produce thought leadership and are provided with the support to build their own personal brand (which is not something often provided at larger consultancies). This is backed up with the best company culture I have worked in - really valuing top quality delivery, growth and development and (above all) fun at work. I could not recommend working for LACE enough.
